Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over ₹1,000.

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
 

Shipping Methods
We use trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery. The choice of courier depends on the delivery location and service availability.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we aim for timely delivery, factors like weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues may cause delays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will assess the situation and provide a resolution.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive the returned item. To request a refund, email us with the subject line "Product Refund Request."
