Return Policy

At  Threadse, we ensure high-quality products and customer satisfaction. However, due to the premium nature of our products, we have a strict return policy with limited conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • A wrong size or incorrect product was sent.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences.
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof of damage or incorrect product received.
  • The video must be recorded before opening the package and must show the shipping label.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.


3. Return Request & Approval

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Our team will review the request, and upon approval, a return pickup will be scheduled.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.
  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items purchased on sale or discount.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
